Fall Outing

The weather was cool but the rain held off the entire day. The pig was great as was the corn. John Shivak got the corn and Bob Emery and Chuck Hexter cooked the pig to perfection. They started cooking at 3am during a heavy rain. They jury rigged a tarp and got r done. They fired up the wood stove to keep warm. Thank you guys. About 30 people attended. This is a little low . I guess the threat of rain might have held some people off but everyone who came had a great time. Hay wagon rides were fun for all.
Don’t forget about our Meat Shoot coming up on Sept 16th and the membership meeting on Wed. Sept 19th.
The Federation winter league start at LMRGC on the 1st Sunday in Oct. See you there!!!!!
